To further enhance students' understanding of finance and expose them to various career paths, our team invited guest speakers in varying career paths, to provide an opportunity for students to receive firsthand insights into real-world financial careers. Our speakers were each uniquely equipped to teach students about a different aspect of financial literacy. Participants in their talks greatly benefited from this head start into the professional world. Many driven students saw the speakers as mentors, using this opportunity to further their own careers by asking for advice, networking, and internship opportunities. This decreased the stigma of "money talk" as students were encouraged to ask questions.
